New rules introduced by UEFA for the start of the 2018/19 season mean each team will be allowed to name 12 substitutes on their benches, compared to the previous rounds, in which teams were allowed seven replacements.The same rules will apply to both Chelsea and Arsenal in the Europa League final in Baku on May 29. UEFA have also confirmed managers will again be able to make an additional substitute in extra time on top of the standard number of three.Jurgen Klopp is making sure his team is in the best possible shape for their match with Spurs, taking them out for a training camp in Marbella.They will spend a week in the Spanish resort and it will be familiar surroundings for the Liverpool players, whorecently visited Marbella for a mid-season training camp. Arsenal, meanwhile, are not happy with their ticket allocation and let UEFA know about it in a strongly worded letter, which brought about a response from the governing body.The cost and difficulty of getting to Azerbaijan mean both London rivals have not sold their allocation and a number could be returned.
