One team will get to lift the trophy on Sunday and receive their Premier League medals. Some of the fringe players, and those who have been injured, will not get a winners’ medal, though, as there are strict rules for who can get one.Players need to have made a minimum of five appearances to get one.The rules were changed for the 2012/13 season with ten games needed for a medal to be handed out.
